• Automated App-Level Change Management enables you to automatically track, update, change and wipe apps, based on changes in AD, mobile policy or app versions, and automatically wipe the apps when user policy is changed or deactivated in AD — all in real-time linked to MDM, with no manual user-by-user tasks, minimizing work load and eliminating risk of gaps or manual error.
• Automated Compliance Management enables you to ensure that the IT policies, devices, apps and security settings that you apply stay enforced at all times, including blacklist/whitelist. BoxTone continuously monitors real-time compliance end-to-end, auto-detects violations and alerts IT, auto-enforces remediation actions, and records for audit history — all with no manual touch to mitigate risk and prevent gaps or exposure.
• Automated App-Level Security so you can ensure that all data in the app is protected at all times in container through fine-grained policy-based access control, FIPS 140-2 data at rest (DAR) encryption, OTA data encryption transmission and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities such as block cut/copy/paste.
