In order to improve your BoxTone support experience, we have upgraded to a new BoxTone Customer Support Portal. Please note that all access to the old BoxTone Self-Service Portal has been disabled and your login and temporary password to the new Customer Support Portal were provided to you via email on or before November 6th, 2012.
Please also note that all data from the old BoxTone Self-Service Portal has been migrated to the new system, so all your current case history is still available.
